My last couple of days have been a mix of lazy and not fun due to health. I spent last night coughing up far too much gunk from my throat and blowing the rest out of my nose. At the moment I'm feeling closer to normal but still worn out. For the Fourth, I did almost nothing which was what I needed after how busy the conference and travel were. This

They hadn't properly slept the night before since they kept turning over and discovering another scar, another sensitive spot and would lose track of time.
