I spent this afternoon at Conclave that's being held at one of the airport hotels and had a great day. Last night was a little rough as I was honestly far too tired to attempt being social around strangers, today on the other hand was great. One of my favorite things about cons no matter the size is how you can always find someone to connect to and people don't mind if you just insert yourself into conversations.

I took a picture and will post it when I next upload from my camera. Last night I saw this guy's booth and there were so many Vorkosigan shirts that I just went ooh and knew I had to buy one. He apparently designed them himself and they're very cool. I found them online, here's the link.

His designs are really nice. I considered buying a mug for Vorbarr Sultana University but it was a nice looking but small mug.

I didn't talk as much as some of the people there but I did say some things, which was good. I was so nervous on the way up to the coffee clatch as I wasn't sure what to expect but I enjoyed it a lot. She's wonderful, if you ever get a chance to meet her, do so.

It was a nice experience and the dealer's room was small but packed with goodies.
