It turns out that those things I thought would be fine actually aren't and now I have to scramble to find three credits from another department. I'm trying not to cry, because damn it, I thought I had this. Also for some reason my internship credits aren't showing up and so the online degree audit says I need more Pep or real life experience

I agree and I'm going to ask for help from a professor who I know and see if she has ideas. Its one of those things where not having a consistent person to talk to and double check everything really messed things up for me.

Whoa. I can't believe someone (advisors??) didn't point this out to you earlier. I saw you more recent post and I'm glad it seems a little more like things will work out. I am sure they will! Nevertheless I'm so sorry you have to deal with this kind of nightmare. I'll be thinking of you!

Yes, that was my thought too and it makes me wonder who else has this problem if they took the copyright course thinking it was a cognate. Because it wasn't obvious that it wasn't and the woman I talked to had to go and check a sheet with that information so just maybe its not that obvious.

I've emailed Kristin to see if she can help me figure out a possible cognate through the school of Ed, but gah, it makes things so much crazier.

I've had multiple advisors because I talked to Joan first and then I think Kristin and then Soo. Playing choose your own advisor really backfired on me.
