Yes, this is definately a tissue situation. *cries* It's realistic, though. Jack has had loves- great loves- before Ianto and he'll have them afterwards, and each and every one of them will be unique. I do like how you gave them another thirty-six years together. In my own Jack moves on fic, I wasn't nearly so kind.

This story was so them... Jack wanting to live in the moment, Ianto the planner. And yet they were both more. I'm not saying this well... I can tell.

But I think the line that really got me? Seventy six years, eight months and twenty days later, Captain Jack Harkness smiled a smile he hadn't smiled in almost forty years, and said "Hi, Captain Jack Harkness, and you are?"
