That's been hanging over me for a while. So, what next? My policy is no more than one dangling WIP at a time, so I could start another one. I could try to buckle down on my original work.

I don't have an account at either place, alas, though everything will go on AO3 when I finally manage that. I've got the earlier parts of the series on my website (first story, second story, third story, fourth story), and Turning&Turning will go up there when I get it cleaned up a bit more.

I wish AO3 would finally drop the whole invitation thing. Though I do think there's a comm here on LJ where people post invite codes.

I was kind of indifferent to Ao3 until I got a kindle, and then realized how awesome it was for having ebook download options. For long fic, it's awesome. I'm not someone who ever complained about reading things off a laptop screen, but man, it does make a difference. It's just...IDK, I tend to enjoy reading the fic more? And it's just so handy. Last summer, when it was roasting in my apartment, using my ridiculously prone to overheating laptop was torture. So i'd walk down to the river, find a nice shady rock, and just download a bunch of fic from the archive and spend hours down there. It was a beautiful thing.
