High Society (Drabble #3, February, Week 2)
High Society
She comes in the door, throws her keys on the table in the foyer. She enters the formal living room, she takes off her “come-fuck-me” pumps, and leaves them under the end table. Strolling through the open concept and into the “State of The Art” kitchen. She reaches for a beautiful china plate, and a knife, and sets them on the counter. Procures the bread (whole grain, not Wonder© bread) from the bread box. She reaches into the cupboard for the peanut butter, and puts the jar next to the plate. The refrigerator holds the final ingredient -- jelly! Victory!
