It sounds as if it might be. It's where you create a picture by sticking different colored tiny gemstones onto a background.

Yes, exactly that. I made one already and bought a bunch more. It's fun. I picked out some big ones as well as smaller ones. I didn't know what it was when I first bought it but instead of going beginner I went intermediate.
