I hope you've changed for the better by the time you read this again. I hope that you won't be disappointed with how things turn out and I hope by this time, you will be preparing for something amazing and finally have your life worked out. But at the same time, I hope you haven't changed so much to where you've forgotten what you loved. Things aren't so great now but I'm hoping that by the end of 2011 things will at least be right in the world. Don't do anything stupid, okay? Hang in there and if you are feeling down please don't forget what you always remind yourself, "things have to get bad before they get better".
I hope by now, you'll be or at least be close to the person you want to be.

I hope you reached your dreams. I hope also that you're less stressed, I really wanted you to learn Swedish but I knew that because of your current state of stress you couldn't do so. I hope that one day you pick up Swedish again when you're more ready. I also hope that your family situation changes, you don't need more added stress.
In general I just want you to be happy and worryless because I really care for you. I just hope when you read this in the future, everything has gone your way and you achieved what you wanted to reach.
