Well today i went to the mall with my dad. he wanted to leave here at like 10:00 in the morning cuz he had other stuff to do but..(i swear i set my alarm!).. but when he called me at 10:00 i was still asleep..oops so i hopped in the shower got ready and called him to pick me up..it wasnt too bad we ended up at the mall around 12:00....*shrug*..

no fast food
no bread
no red meat
only drink lowfat milk and water...NOTHING ELSE
eat three times a day but make sure the meals are small
and of course excersise at least half an hour everyday or at least 5 times a week
and drink plenty of milk, if you drink at least 3 to 4 glasses a day you'll loose weight
and of course eat vegatables and fruit
so yeah thats what i've been doing. its hard but it makes you feel so good. there's also another diet that i tried:
Eat only tuna (by itself, no bread or crackers)
and then eat a can of pineapple afterwards.
you do this three times a day and thats you're ONLY meal for a week.
but yeah try them...see if its works.

So these diets do they really work???
the second one you said the tuna one, how was that one.. did you lose a lot of weight when you tried it? what happens after you do this one week thing.. are the results for this diet quick?..how bout at school what would you eat for lunch?..becuz the only places i go eat are fast food..
how bout the first one, how long were you on it for before you saw results? it does sound hard but im willing to try it...but ILL MILK...*GAG*
