Well today i went to the mall with my dad. he wanted to leave here at like 10:00 in the morning cuz he had other stuff to do but..(i swear i set my alarm!).. but when he called me at 10:00 i was still asleep..oops so i hopped in the shower got ready and called him to pick me up..it wasnt too bad we ended up at the mall around 12:00....*shrug*.. you can try my method cecy. its hard but people did say that it worked. okay here it is:
no fast food
no bread
no red meat
only drink lowfat milk and water...NOTHING ELSE
eat three times a day but make sure the meals are small
and of course excersise at least half an hour everyday or at least 5 times a week
and drink plenty of milk, if you drink at least 3 to 4 glasses a day you'll loose weight
and of course eat vegatables and fruit

so yeah thats what i've been doing. its hard but it makes you feel so good. there's also another diet that i tried:
Eat only tuna (by itself, no bread or crackers)
and then eat a can of pineapple afterwards.
you do this three times a day and thats you're ONLY meal for a week.

but yeah try them...see if its works.

Hey neager where you been havent talked to you at all today..but yeah hope everything is ok.
So these diets do they really work???
the second one you said the tuna one, how was that one.. did you lose a lot of weight when you tried it? what happens after you do this one week thing.. are the results for this diet quick?..how bout at school what would you eat for lunch?..becuz the only places i go eat are fast food..
how bout the first one, how long were you on it for before you saw results? it does sound hard but im willing to try it...but ILL MILK...*GAG*

well i think the diets work, but you need to exercise too. the tuna one supposably makes you loose like 10 pounds in one week (but i didn't really stick to that one) As for how much I lost well i didn't see results really quick but its also cuz i was exersicing like crazy so i was building muscle as well. Now about the whole lunch thing, well you're stuck there. I eat at school and most of the stuff there is healthy and comes in small portions or I would take my tuna for lunch. Anyways, i've been on this for like a month in a half and i've lost maybe about 10 pounds. and i know thats nothing really but i still feel really good about it, and u just have to keep it up and trust me it'll work. but i mean there's a bunch of different diets...i just kind of combined every diet i knew about and put it together.

o ok.. well any diet is better then none. thats good you've lost weight. i havent lost anything..well i havent been on anything.but.. thanks a lot neager..have a good easter.
