Um... kinda? I liked his songs and thought he was quite funny (vaguely remembering from those 'Behind The Scenes' bits from Idol!) but wasn't particularly here nor there. But after he did his Memphis stuff and his more recent music, I'm just like gaaaaaaah. I love how down-to-earth he is and he's just so good at what he does. Then I saw him support Lionel Ritchie and then they sang All Night Long together and omgggggglove.
...did not mean to write that much. In short form: always liked him, but really like him now. You do, I take it? ;D
I'm way behind on Private Practice, like, season two behind, but Grey's Anatomy is available on Netflix instant watch and somehow I get sucked into watching it. And I'm up to season three. Remember when we were all in love with Addison/Alex? The good old days.
Dude, I literally started watching from the beginning of season three! And then went, "OMG I REMEMBER THE SEASON 2 CLIFFHANGAR, VIOLET HAD HER BABY CUT OUT OF HER, HOW DID I NOT CONTINUE TO WATCH THIS?" *facepalm*
I got sucked back into watching Grey's, so I've been current with that for a while. It's like an old habit that you can't get rid of. Even if the writing/characters make me groan out loud.
YES. Addison/Alex filled me with such giddy, fangirly butterflies! I haven't had any ships since them that make me feel like that, except for perhaps Violet/Cooper (apparently that ship has long died? I'm out of the loop) and Liz/Jack (never happening, but one can enjoy anyway). How did such an awesome ship turn into something completely tossed aside?
Wow, am I still talking? Clearly my life is so exciting on a Monday night.
OH MY GOSH. How could I forget that Violet had her baby cut out of her? HER BABY CUT OUT OF HER? I cannot believe I stopped watching. Maybe I'll return to PP once I finish Grey's. And how is Violet/Cooper not a thing anymore?
I'm in the middle of season three right now, heading straight for the wonderful Alex/Addision primetime togetherness. I cannot believe what happened to them. Oh Shonda, such an idiot. I stopped watching the show immediately after Addison left, and she's basically the only redeeming thing about it. I cannot wait to see what happens in the seasons 4-7.
