Wow that teacher story is unbelievable. He seems like he was a great guy, too.

Also, that DH is so adorable. Guys and their manliness...

Yeah, but as Billy Joel once sang, "Only the good die young". (Okay, I know he meant it in an entirely different context, but still, it's true in this case.)

Guys and their manliness, plus a bit of femininity on the side!

Right there with you sister on the Sunday night blues, it's tres uncool.

I WANT TO SEE AN ULTIMATE CAKE OFF. When are these shows on?! I don't even bother reading the Foxtel guide because it's so confusing!

Oh Andy and Hamish (see what I did there!), I remember those podcasts, I think I may have listened to one and then never again and they just built up on my computer. Tsk tsk.

That's so terrible about your teacher, obviously his personality shone through to the very end.

WE MADES IT GEMMA. Right on.

I have no idea when it's on, N set the iQ to automatically record it so we'll just go through our recorded stuff and see if we have any new ones to watch. OMG IT'S SO FUN. We predict which ones are the best cakes and who will win and which judges are wrong. It's the best. We need to watch it together one day!

Tsk tsk indeed. They were my sanity saviour during uni. Other people, like, meditate for half an hour. I listened to them whilst staring out my window. (Weird? Perhaps. But we all have our methods.)

Yeah, his RIP FB page is getting new messages literally every few minutes, and it's been five days tomorrow. He had the most gorgeous looking one year old daughter too. :(

I go through those same stages every Sunday night. It's a constant struggle to deal with the end of the weekend.

Wow, that teacher. That is so tragic, and so amazing too. Good for him, risking his life like that. ♥

*sadface* It was at Bells Beach. His memorial was at MSAC yesterday because he was the Tigers' junior girls basketball coach. Sad stuff.
