Is this the housing stipend for the 9/11 GI bill? Good to know....I'm sure Todd and I will probably be dipping into savings too, the money I make at the job I already have is only enough to pay rent.

Yes, that's exactly what it is. I'm so sick of waiting for it. I keep depending on it...and then getting disappointed every time I look in my bank account and it's not there. Stupid stupid.
