I agree about the interview process....but at the same time, since all of the jobs I've interviewed for are your basic, part-time, dealing with the public kind of thing, I feel I act how I'm going to act in the job: I'm a little chipper and sweet and smiley. But it's different when you're actually trying to get a career.

And I, too, love the use of 'manping'.
