After lusting after them in a local art gallery for months, I happened to luck out and find them on Ebay. For $ 15. I did a happy dance when I found out I actually won the auction at that price.
I've had them for a couple of years - I'd seen them in a local art gallery, and they were way out of my price range. I kept looking and I finally found them on Ebay! They weren't listed as Tin Woodsman, just as 'pewter measuring cups' so I think few people found the auction. I got them for about 1/10 of the new price. The cup on the left was pretty bent out of shape, but I got it (mostly) bent back, LOL!
Oh my gosh, those are the most gorgeous spoons I've seen in my whole life! I never thought I'd use the phrase "spoon lust," but it's very apt here! ~admires~
