I would just like to point people at Captain Awkward's excellent advice blog. It usually covers emotional and relationship advice, but the most recent post is on little bits of advice that make it easier to get stuff done. Especially useful to anyone struggling with procrastination (my personal bugbear), depression, or chronic illness
