Most excellent meme stolen from maradydd

Put your music player on shuffle, and write down the first line of the first twenty songs. Post the poem that results. The first line of the twenty-first song is the title.

I think we have some kind of lamentation on innocence lost. Sorta?

But where does the monkey fit in? )

Hey, you got some nice rhymes in there.

Where does the line "Nerdcore could rise up" come from?

It's from Nerdcore Rising by MC Frontalot

Surprisingly so! And I have to say that written out, the title comes off far more like Emily Dickinson than Huey Lewis. :-D

And yes! "Nerdcore Rising" by MC Frontalot. I don't typically consider myself a rap fan, but Front has really grown on me; especially his latest album.

My songs would be weird indeed.

I believe this is a cry of lonliness and wishing for acceptance and love from a social outcast at a coffee bar, or something....

You are obviously pining away for the hot IT guy at work who doesn't acknowledge your presence because you don't know the difference between a cat5 and a phone cord at ten paces. Little does he know you are the one who has been blitzing him on wow because every time you try to talk to him he has an excuse like finishing up his coding and needing another double-half-calf-four-pump-raspberry-white-chocolate-mocha. So you offered to get one for him, but you would rather be making out with him In the great outdoors.
