I'm more properly looking at netting, but used the word "tulle" (which actually refers to a product similar in construction, but stiffer, as nickel notes) so as not to have the stuff confused with other types of netting.

Yes, it's a wedding thing. :-D I have a plan for constructing a really pretty swag over the ceremony area, and Adam thinks I'm crazy. Not that I'm not crazy. But this tulle drape is an awesome idea and I'm totally going to get to tell Adam I told him so. :-D
