Miranda & I went to see Beowulf (the digital 3D version) last night. Whooo! it rocked. Although the SCA influence cropped up wherein we we were both checking out the clothing, decor etc. for authenticity *chuckle*

It's not quite as much of "SCA: the Movie" that 13th Warrior is, but it's pretty neat. :)

Your Dad and I have both expressed the desire to see it too. It really looks good. On the other hand, one of your brothers (??) said he would go see it just to see Angelina Jolie as the two tailed ? monster. go figure ;)
