That's not cool. :( I got ripped off by the Parking Nazi too a year ago. They booted and towed my car away. I was pissed.
30% of Ball States overall profits come from the Parking Nazi's. Sadly, because of money they provide BSU they have rights far beyond a normal private parking services. For example, they can look up personal information using national police records, look up where you live to send you mail about your tickets, they can hold your Bursar and your class registration, and they can boot your car. They are unbelievable efficent at what they do. :(
The only advice I have in this situation is, when you get the money pay them off. Once that's done talk to each professor personally for the classes that you want and have them permit you to take their class even if it is filled up. Professors don't mind adding extra people, it's just rare when people ask. :) That's how I got into Japanese 101 last year when it was already filled up. :)

...seriously, with the number of people I know (including myself!) that BSU's messed with, it's a wonder they have any students at all anymore.
