I've recieved an apartment offer! Yay! \o/ Of course, I'm not the only one who got the offer, but still! I need to call the guy who lives there asap (though not now, since it's almost 12.45 am) to go and look at it. It doesn't have a balcony and is on the second floor (or third, depending on how you count floors), but it's an apartment, you know?

I'm trying to stay positive about it, and I must admit I'm all squee inside now...which makes sleeping a bit difficult, but I'm sleepy, so...I'll come up with something. :)
