Happy birthday,
genna12001! I hope you're having a great day. :) You share birthdays with, among others, Jason Isaacs! I've uploaded some pics but Telia is being a pain in the butt so I'm gonna have to get back to you on that. *grr* ETA: It's available
hereToday is also Sweden's national day, so YAAAAY SWEDEN! \o/ I celebrated by going with Dad, Carola and

Maybe it is, plus the fact that there are cheap flights between Stockholm and Berlin now.
I do think you're on to something!
Yay new bed!
It's harder than my old one, but then my old one was 20 years old, so... I actually feel well-rested and not at all as achy as I thought I would, so I guess this is a keeper. :)
I don't work on this weekend. The weather is still nice and warm, so I hope to get around to sitting on my balcony a bit to read.
Sweet!
Also, I need to get stuff sorted so I can do my taxes some time soon.
Here's to hoping you get a return like I did!
Tomorrow night my chamber choir takes part in a 6-hour-long choir event in a church just a couple of blocks away from my place. I'm looking forward to that, it's one more chance to present our romantic programme
How sweet! I'd like to listen to more chamber music but the regular crowd seems so posh and it intimidates me....

Yeah, smart of me, I know, all those detective stories must have rubbed off somehow...

Good crib = good thing! *nodnod*

Not much of a chance of that happening. I didn't spend a lot on tax-deductible stuff.

The crowd's not posh here. Just sedate, but then so are we ;-)
I'd never heard of Hensel...you mean Mendelssohn's sister?
Yep, her. We sing some of her Gartenlieder (garden songs).
Thin Man, huh?
Yep, thin man, the films with Myrna Loy. (I want to be her... ;-))
I'm only beginning to discover all the Golden Era movies and screwball comedies in the original version. I'm in the middle of watching the second one,
"After the Thin Man""That sounds tedious, but as long as it works ( ... )

Hee! Yeah, probably.

Indeed!

Well, neither did I, but I owe more than I earned last year. Next year I'll have to pay, I'm sure...well, at least if I sell my house.

*g* Well, here you have to be all dressed up and knowledgeable, or at least that's the impression I get from the crowd.
We sing some of her Gartenlieder (garden songs).
Sounds nice. :)
Yep, thin man, the films with Myrna Loy.
Oooh!
(I want to be her... ;-))
I haven't seen the movies, but she's pretty. :)

I'm not so much into older movies, though Freaks is a gem. :)
It *is* tedious. Breaks the rhythm of the story, too.
I'm only doing ( ... )
