Week 91 theme
Although last week utilized time very ineffectively (no gold star for you!), this week will go as it should. It will! I sw- okay, I don't swear it, but I'll try my hardest. How's that?
Week 91 theme: bright
Open for interpretation- bright eyes, bright colors, light textures, almost anything goes!
Submission
All icons must be submitted in the following format:

Please try to refrain from linking the images to Photobucket. I know the automatic copying is handy, but it also makes it difficult when copying urls (read: we're easily confused).
-You may submit up to two icons.
-Icons must meet LiveJournal's size requirements
->no larger than 40kb in size (even 40.0000001 is too much!)
->no larger than 100x100 pixels large
-No posting your icon anywhere before the contest is over. That includes sharing it with your friends! Any authors found doing this will have their icons disqualified and may risk permanent exclusion from the contest.
The contest will end at its normal time, Friday at 9:00pm EST, but will be extended in the case of low turnout.
