Yes, we're definitely pretty picky about our coffee... I travel across town just for a good coffee :D
I've never thought of using a emulsifier in coffee... cunning! Ever heard of adding some salt to coffee... it blocks ion chanels in the 'bitter' receptors in the tongue.. I use a tiny pinch when using the french press at home, it allows me a longer brewing time (and a ritcher more complex flavour) without getting the excessive bitterness of a over-extraction IMHO.
.... and that photographer is a 'professional', I could take a better photo on my compact.

Secondly, you look quite handsome. Shame about the bad flash exposure. :)
Thirdly, I would love to try that drink. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but hell, it sounds very tasty. Shame I can't come over there and help myself to it. :(
