Stress

Its wreaking havoc on me. I have massive piles of work to do that don't seem to be getting smaller.
I've been going to the gym constantly, but still feel like Im gaining weight. All I can think of is that its the stress. Bleh.

You could be gaining muscle sweetie. Running was one of the best things that used to help relieve my stress.

Lol, thanks Pinki. I don't think I've been able to do that much. I'll try and think positive, though!

I get frustrated with working out because I cant really push myself. My marfans requires me to keep my heart rate relatively low.

Yes, stress has all kinds of effects on our bodies, including weight gain. Try not to obsess. You'll graduate soon and can concentrate on other things then. Easy for me to say, I know.

Hehe, definitely not muscle. I think its just stress- it tends to mess with me in a BIG kind of way.
