Voici Brutus/Cassius. It is... twisty and odd; I hope I did a good job with what I was trying to convey... anyway. Definitely not fluff. The title is from that line of Cassius's: "For who so firm that cannot be seduced?" ("Cassius's" or "Cassius'"? The eternal question.)

...mmm, Cassius. >__Concrit is wonderful, excellent, fantastic, and many ( Read more... )

Yeah, heh. I like to think that Brutus still kind of respected Antony and wished more than a little bit that he'd joined forces with him instead of doing the whole cah-razy civil war thing with Cassius...

Hey, what's your icon?

*squeal* This is awesome! Cassius was always my favourite character, and you really captured him well here. Great job! =)

Yeah, I absolutely love him. (In an omg-you-are-so-manipulative-and-crazy way.) Glad you liked it!

There was me about to comment 1) singing praises and 2) going to recommend the Trevor Nunn version of Twelfth Night and outline the cast and everything; but I see you must know it, you already have an icon [and looking very gackable too *cough* ¬.¬].
Hm.
Oh well.
By the bi (if I might ask), how did you find the Trevor Nunn version of the film?

Hehe, yeah, I love it. I've seen a production where the subplot was actually funny and everything and loved it madly, but the whole somber-with-emphasis-on-the-love-triangle thing works really well too. Oh, and I think my local video store just had it, so I rented it. :P

Talk to me, though! Who did you like in the movie and everything?

(You can gack the icon if you want, just credit lil_chanteuse.)

lovely!

Cassius was my first Shakespearean love, and B/C was my first slash pairing, I think, before I knew what slash was!

Hehe, it's so funny how that works... how people will think of what is basically fanfiction even if they don't know that fanfiction exists. ("I wonder what would happen if...")

Thank you! :)

Loved it! The dialogue was very much like the play, and both men were in character. I just loved the whole concept of Cassius's various fronts as well. ^^

Yay, glad you liked it!

(...your icon is amusing me, especially in the context of Caesar...)
