When ever a man claims that women are responsible of the rapes as men are unable to control themselves, I think that man should be isolated. He just said that from inspecting himself, he has not found proof against all men being rapists. -

US gov IPv6 compliance deadline in two days.
Two years ago Obama set this Sunday deadline for US government websites to support IPv6. Meeting the Sunday deadline is a bit tough, as only 12% of the sites already meet the goal, and 54% has made no progress at all during this two years period.
