It's amazing what happens when one of us says to the other, "I need to blow something up today"....
This is a sequel to
A Touch of Providence.
Summary: A summer trip to Colorado turns into a working vacation that uncovers more than a new-to-the-boys monster of the week.

Oh... SFD. Gordon knows about Sam. We are so very, very screwed.
Bobby's right: tell Cooper. Otherwise, the shit shall hitteth the fan, and the resulting mess will not be pretty. At all. Bad things will be going down in the not-too-distant future, very bad things. Hopefully if Cooper is alerted to Gordon's less than kind intentions, then steps will be taken to avoid future heartache.
I vote for something along the lines of 'Malfoy, the amazing bouncing ferret' from Harry Potter.
Now, on a completely opposite note, well done with introducing the vampires. I love the story, as well as Sam managing his 'abilities' in a well-adjusted manner. Fantastic, and I am definitely looking forward to the next story.

We do have plans for Gordon. Not very firm plans yet, so there might be room for "Malfoy, the amazing bouncing ferret," but let's just say that Cooper won't be the only roadblock he encounters in Cazadore when he finally gets there.

Once again, great job weaving canon into it! I hope we get some really good brother-fluff soon. :D

Sam and Dean are quite blessed they have such smarty and talented women in their lives. Not only on that mountain, but in that diner as well.
And nice way to bring in the vampires and give a small nod to Lenore, even tough we didn't see her.
*shudders* Gordon Walker, though. At least Bobby and Rufus are clued into to the fact that he knows something is up with Sam. And you are right, not only does Sam have Dean (and Bobby and Rufus0) and Bill Cooper, and Tricia and Daphne, but a whole town, and another unseen angel on their side, too!

Yeah, when Gordon finally gets to Cazadore, he's going to find it's not at ALL what he bargained for....
