dont have much to say. im around. my arm is healing. ive learned a bit about medical treatment. unfortunately too in keeping with certain theories i have about bodies, pain, vision, knowledge, and power. i have no solutions for this

My mom swears by rubbing olive oil into her scalp and leaving it there overnight. When you wash it out, it won't smell or anything, and leaves your hair soft and scalp happy!

I use J.A.S.O.N's Seaweed shampoo, it's been working really well for me so far - plus it's organic and vegan! YAY!
