Terry J. Long

I'm not sure if anyone on my friend's list had worked with Baltimore area theatre director Terry J. Long in the past... Terry died presumably of a heart attack while visiting New York on Saturday.

He directed me in The Laramie Project at Spotlighter's Theatre in Baltimore in 2003. Working with him and on that show was easily the most moving ( Read more... )

Oh no! :( I worked with Terry on several shows at Axis Theater years ago. He was probably my very favorite director to work with, and was the director of my favorite show I ever worked on, "Jeffrey". He was so easy to work with, and was so much fun. He will definitely be missed. :(

I didn't know him but I've been wondering who he is given all the Facebook references to his passing over the past couple of days. Thank you for sharing this. I join the DC/Baltimore theatre community in sorrow for our collective loss.
