I have recently given burdens to God....He is the one who will guide my life. Monday I was running late for the airport. I was nervous, but all of a sudden, I decided to give it to Him. If You want me to be late to my flight, so be it. Then, traffic in front of me stopped. I stopped. Unfortunately the guy behind me didn't. He SLAMMED into me

I think your expectations of people are too high. It is not up to you to judge or punish. You are not the only one who believes in God and He is not here for your personal convenience. He has a reason for everyone, not just you. Perhaps the people in question have learned a valuable lesson, too, and not just one that benefits your conclusion of the matter.
