Ouch! That sounds awful, especially the last one. Why is it that accidents seem to happen when there's already a bunch of other crap going on too?

Even though the situation sucks, I definitely appreciate your empathy.

Aww, it's okay, thanks Jen! I just got my car back and by some stroke of luck the repair was far simpler than the dealership led me to believe. I took it elsewhere and he fixed it quickly AND didn't charge me anything. Finally, something goes right!
