Change of address via online forms

I moved sometime around June last year. Today I finally submitted my change of address to USPS. You can now do it online at their website if you provide a credit card with either the previous or new address to validate against (they charge a dollar to cover the validation cost), verifying you are in fact yourself.

One problem I ran into with that was that the credit card bill has to be going either to the place you moved from or too.. And my bills all go to a PO BOX.
