Whee, I'm twenty-two! HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? I had work today in spite of it being my birthday, because I was seriously not on top of things this year and just totally forgot to ask for the day off (d'oh) but work was not bad at ALL, and also it was a totally gorgeous day and I got some good beach time in in the middle of the day, too, so YAY ( Read more... )

Thank you! And yeah, creative writing classes can definitely attract some oddballs. I think one of my favorite moments was when I was cowriting a big HP WiP back in the day (under a different name) and realized that one of the girls on the flist for that journal was IN MY CREATIVE WRITING CLASS. And she definitely had NO IDEA that it was me writing that story. I laughed for like a YEAR.
