Sand

I realize that this is a bit of an esoteric topic for me to be writing about, but there is a reason for this. Inevitably, when I go to a beach that has a large amount of sand (as opposed to the rocky beaches that I like), I end up with a bunch of sand in my shoes. So, I keep dumping the sand out, but it always returns

I have just the beach for you. It's a bit of a hike, but you'd enjoy the remoteness of the island & the rockiness of the beaches.

I walk barefoot whenever I can, especially on sandy beaches. I bypass the pocket universe of shoes. : )
