I've been thinking lately as to whether or not getting my degree in accounting was/is actually a practical idea. In theory, accounting jobs should be recession proof, and always available. However, I doubt that I'll be able to get one of them, based off the simple reason that I don't fit the accountant profile. You know, because I have something

i am sure that u are a bit peved with being told these things. but honesty who fits into any kind of mold these days....i mean when u see me and talk to me do i seem like the type to be an IT Technician/specialist...no i don't but it is what i do well and i enjoy doing....so i say if u want to be an accountant then go for...try to get a job u never know weither or not u can get a job in the field untill u try....
