Alternative fuel sources won't come into play anytime soon because they aren't profitable. Big oil companies, and Dubbaya, have a vested interest in making sure that we don't switch to corn-powered cars.

I read something that said we have nowhere near the arable land capacity needed for large scale ethanol production. So you're right on that count.

I told Mikey...we need to either live somewhere where we can walk to the stores we need to go to often....OR, we live far away from everyone and either trek to the stores once a month, or have stuff shipped in.

And I'm all about hoarding. :P
