haha, thanks!

yes, i use photoshop. all you do to tilt your text is press buttons Ctrl+T for Free Transform (or Edit - Free transform) it should let you resize and rotate your object - or in this case, your text.

i did no. 16 in the same way i do all icons really: crop, resize, adjust color, add text. haha, really not much to it :P
