I felt totally inspired lately. :) I read a lot of tutorials and tried a lot of new/other styles on this icons. some of this seriously suck, but I will post them anyways to get more criticism.
please give me feedback, no matter if good or bad. this would be awesome. thanks :)

These are very pretty. And totally original. Some of these styles are totally unique.
The one thing I'd watch is picture quality. When you do 'extreme coloring', the picture quality can go wonky (especially in the last VM ones, where the skin is quite grainy) You could maybe try coloring on the full-size image and then scaling down. That sometimes works for me.

But as I said, I really like the originality of these :D

I tried doing this before but somehow everytime I resized the picture the color became all plain and stuff like that.

blurring often helps. blurring in general, not the extensive face smoothing and all that jazz. filters/blur/blur. on one of the screen layers, and definitely not the base layer. if you use those at all, that is.
