Today started out very nice -- my brother called me. He is doing well. I really do miss him. Everytime I hear "I'll be Home for Christmas" by Bing Corsby I think of him and teary eyed. I was even listening to the song right before he called. How nice.

I'm glad Joey called you...I miss the kid, I can just imagine it is a trilion times more for you, especially this time of year. Will he get snow where he is? It's mountain-y there, right? Lucy had a blast today..she was actually worn out and took a nap when we got home! Anyway, she definitely enjoyed your company, so you've got a little admirerer.
