I think the best Psi experiment ever was the one proposed in the Journal of Irreproducible Results.

You get a young, sexually healthy hetero- or homosexual male (bisexuals are out for reasons that will become apparent presently), and have him nap. While he's napping, have members of the gender he's attracted to sexually fantasize about him interspersed with members of the sex he isn't attracted to sexually fantasizing about him.

Monitoring his penis' erectile state, we can determine whether or not the individuals are successful at beaming across their fantasies while he dreams...
