Ah, read that article during one of my news scans. Ironic isn't it that you have people really saying "give me less freedom" and they sadly want to take everyone else with them.

Freedom means being ready to stand for real self-determination - and to say no to those who would take it away. If they want to be mindless zombies, go ahead - just expect me to mock them and tell them what pathetic drones they are. If they want me to be a mindless drone, then we've got a problem.

Its sad to imagine people afraid of freedom.

The most obvious parallel to groups like the Prarie Muffins are the more extreme forms of Dominance/Submission games in BDSM. It's fine and fun for people to play at being slaves... but to insist that everyone else has to play their game is ludicrous.
