I lost 2.4 lbs. last week. This week it just feels like I'm not losing anything. Sometimes I just know. I will try to get in some disc golf today if the weather cooperates.
WW isn't all about losing weight. Yes, that's a perk but it is a lifestyle that will make you healthier. Give it time. Be patient. It is hard to change a life's worth of habits in a couple of weeks.

I lost the long hair today. Diana quit putting the grey and white in hers while I was in Iowa and it reverted to its natural brown, so I quit wearing the shaggy wig. That was the deal.
