As much as I support Fakir/Ahiru, I also love the platonic relationship/friendship between Rue and Ahiru, and also Kraehe/Tutu. There doesn't have to be anything romantic about them at all.

Again, I must thank you for including Rue/Ahiru. &hearts They're like the most overlooked pair in the series.

Wow, excellent! I was really surprised and impressed by how IC most of these felt. In particular, the Rue/Ahiru one is something I could totally see in canon

Oh and as for Siegfried/Tutu ... well, I'm sort of working under the assumption that he suffered memory loss in addition to his emotions. Whether or not this is true or just Willing Suspension of Disbelief on my part is debatable, but Tutu's early devotion to him (not Duck's crush, mind, but Tutu's love) seemed to suggest that she had a close past with him.
