Political: Help stop the gay marriage amendment

The Massachusetts legislature is scheduled to vote next Thursday, June 14, on the gay marriage amendment. If it passes, the issue of whether or not it should be legal will go to the public vote, which could result in same-sex marriage being banned in Massachusetts (not to mention a nasty political campaign leading up to that ballot). For folks reading this in locally Medford and Quincy both have folks who are voting to move this to a ballot question. If you live there please take the time to act on this and ask them to vote to not let this go to the ballot.
