Bravo. A very hard subject to write about but we all know it happens, no matter what the laws of the land. And yes - Lucius fights Abraxas' hold over him but doesn't it all make so much sense?

That's part of the problem: a person's own rationalisation as well as public approval in their relevant social circles. If there's no one to confirm your doubts, it's hard to believe that your parents have done something wrong.

"vorliegenden Tat" oder genauer "vorliegender Vorfall", "vorliegendes Ereignis" - wie Du siehst, sind meine Übersetzungen wieder eher so, wie ich auf deutsch schreiben würde und nicht wortwörtlich. Ich bewundere echt Übersetzer für den Job, den sie machen.

To make it sound easy - that's the goal. In either language. Thank you so much!

Hi, okay, so I haven't actually read this fic yet (but I WILL) however, it was posted to the com. HP_PotterMalfoy using a fake cut which is no longer allowed, so I would appreciete it if you would be so kind as to edit it-so I don't have to kill my fingers anymore than necessary. Thanks. ^^

I'm sorry about the fake cut. I didn't realise fake cuts were a problem last time when I checked the comunity rules. Sorry if I didn't read them well enough.

So, do you want me to simply delete my post? Because to edit the post, I would have to post five single entries - one for each chapter. I have no idea how to do that without posting everything again and confusing people. Or can you tell me how to do it?

Just curious: why don't you allow fake cuts any longer? I like to keep all my stories in one place - that's why I ask.

No, you read the rules properly. I just updated them. :) Sorry about it, but people have had issues with fake cuts (apparently since I got hounded over it) so I figured it best to just do away with fake cuts instead. Less of a hassle. (and I know how you feel. I like to keep all mine in the same place too.)

Well, it's pretty simple. You know how to edit an entry right? Go to the com, and go to edit entry, Delete the link you put, and copy-paste chapter one in it's the story, High-light it, then go to the top and scoll your mouse over the buttons until you find the one that says: "Livejournal cut" click it and a box will pop up. Type in "Chapter 1" or whatever you want to put for people to see, and click ok.

It should place your story in a grey area, than just submit the entry. And repeat the process with the other chapters. But ah, if you could, would you put them all in seperate entries?

If you still have trouble, I suppose I could do it for you.

Thank you. :-) I had no problem with the editing per se. I was merely wondering how to post the other four chapters in a more discrete way, like posting them to the comm, but only as links from chapter one. I know that this option exists, but I don't know how to do it.

So, I simply posted the whole thing and added the four other chapters in four separate entries. I hope that no one will hate me now for spamming their f-list. Lol.

What did people say to you on the subject of fake cuts? I'm really curious, because I think must have been severe if you decided to follow their wishes. I guess there must be people like you and me, who like to have their fic all in the same place. Hopefully, they won't come at you now, with the rules changed.

And I would be thrilled should you find the time to read through my story. :-)
