I got a job offer!

It wasn't for the one I interviewed for yesterday, but one I interviewed for last month. It's an accounting technician, and this is the job I really wanted, as opposed to the jobs I'm applying for because they're not in Fee ( Read more... )

Oh hurray! I'm assuming "lower level" means government grade - does that mean less money, or is there something else it would mean for you? Would it be in the same building? If not, how much farther/closer to you?

So glad you have a job offer!

It means less money, and less responsibility. I would have to spend a year as the lower grade, then a year at the grade I am now, before finally moving up to a grade higher.

The building's farther away than the one I'm in now, but it's only 10 minutes away from where I go to school. I'm still working out how I'm going to get there.
