It is difficult to explain. A Pokemon Master is one who has mastered the training of Pokemon for battle.

What is a Pokemon?

A Pokemon is a being who is not a human from the world from which I came. We... they... are a diverse genus of creatures who possess powers that humans find extraordinary, usually at the expense of a lower intelligence, but, as with me, this is not always the case. Pokemon are capable of communicating with one another and understanding humans... and their tears have magical properties.
