There's another room next door to Ari's, with a connecting door; the door to the hall is sealed off from the inside -- it's plain, if not quite spartan, with two beds and one wide, flat desk. Catlin sits down on the end of the nearer bed, and pulls Florian down with her in a rare gesture, wanting him close by. "What happened?"
