ACHES and PAINS

I had forgotten about these aches and pains until tonight. I have joined a wooden bat league that plays double headers on Sundays. 17 innings of playing baseball when the last time I played ball was 6 years ago, so you can imagine what I am feeling right now. The hot shower only helped to a point, but I am more stoked about being able to play

it is loads of fun. it is basically my heaven on earth. you and sarah should come out one night for a game or half a game, maybe get a bunch of people to come out.
