I'm going to admit, since I delivered, I haven't been on the best track with eating. With only a few truly hands-free moments in a typical day (especially when Allen goes to work), I grab whatever is convenient, pre-made and can be eaten with one hand. Think about it, what fits my description

Be sure not to cut out a HUGE amount of calories though. Since you're breastfeeding, you don't want to go on a major diet or your milk supply will suffer. Just make your calories healthy calories.... that's what I'm struggling with as we speak. :)
